Regression Therapy

Regression Therapy goes beyond past life experiences and includes current life memories, some of which may be below the level of our conscious awareness.

Through Regression, the scenes and conflicts from the past that have been distorting our mental, emotional and physical well-being can be resolved. Once root causes of our issues are found, we can heal through understanding, re-experiencing, forgiveness and love.

Sometimes, being given understanding might be all that is necessary for us to experience closure and move on.

In other instances, we may have gone through an experience which produced guilt, anger, pain, shock or some other powerful emotion, but for some reason we didn't fully experience the emotion. Unexpressed and unreleased, these feelings were stuck in our energy patterns. Re-living such traumatic incidents from the past can be powerfully cathartic and unplug the blocks.

In a nutshell, Regression Therapy serves to clarify and bring forth the fears, restrictions, guilts and sometimes malicious events of the past in order to make more appropriate choices in the here and now.

It is a particularly powerful tool for resolving unfinished issues with loved ones who have passed over.

The Process

The regression sessions which I conduct are for "therapeutic" purposes - not general curiosity. Clients are taken into a deep state with the use of “white light” relaxation methods - I do not use hypnosis. You are encouraged to share every part of your experience with me so that I can keep guiding you through to where you are experiencing emotional blocks and then gently guiding you in releasing these from your energy field. Part of this process involves me tuning into your energy with the help of both our guides and sometimes the deceased loved ones who join us in the session.

At all times you are connected to your higher self and are encouraged to find your answers from with-in. This enables clients to feel more empowered than they may ever have felt in the past.
